Make magic (and money) as a virtual assistant.
a monthly membership with training courses, live coaching calls and a motivating community that uplifts and inspires every step of the way
Being a military spouse can mean:
Feeling limited on your career prospects.
Deciding between huge resume gaps or a list of odd jobs longer than a drugstore receipt.
Feeling depressed at the idea of another jobless year.
Dealing with uncertainty and needing to adapt to ever-changing situations.
It’s not that you’re ungrateful -- you love your spouse and your kids. Sure moving every few years isn't ideal, but this lifestyle still has its perks. Life is good, but you still want (and need) to work. You're not just another dependa.
You want a job.
A good job.
You want a career.
It’s easy to feel as though our entire identity is wrapped up in the military. If you're like me, you feel like your only job options are to settle for yet another MLM, a low-wage retail jobs or opening an in-home daycare (because the CDC is always going to have a ridiculous waitlist).
That’s how I felt for a long time and they were the most frustrating, hopeless years of my life...
I've tried MLMs. I've tried retail.
I've tried certification courses.
I've given up.
When I joined an MLM I signed up because I was promised the freedom to be my own boss, set my own hours and build a profitable business. I was told to sell more inventory, I had to buy more inventory (you have to spend money to make money, right?) and to recruit a team. I was told to use my profit to hire a nanny so I could devote more time to the business...even though one of their selling points was having time to spend with family! When I struggled to sell, no one was there to help. The solution to every problem I faced was always to buy more inventory and recruit a team.
I ended up walking away a year later, several hundred dollars in debt…
Working in retail wasn’t much better. At first the store discount and the promise of being able to transfer to any store in any state was nice. After a couple of years, however, the low wages, long hours and checks that barely covered the cost of gas and childcare wasn’t enough. I can’t even look at a red shirt the same way ever again...
Getting a certification didn’t work out because there was no support system to help me succeed. I had two kids and a husband who was constantly gone. I was lured to a local coffee chat that promised friends and community -- something I was desperate for. Instead I got a sales pitch for a school, which was fine -- I was interested in learning a new skill and getting back into the workforce, but as soon as I signed up, they ghosted. I needed support, and they couldn’t offer it.
I’ve tried using every odd skill in my arsenal: babysitting, selling hand knitted items, writing romance novellas, clowning (yes, clowning), tarot reading...the list goes on.
After almost a decade of trying to work, I was giving up hope of ever building a career.
However, after a year of being (happily) unemployed, I was ready to try again. I realized that over the years I had learned more than a few employable skills:
Running an MLM taught me how to run the back-end of a business as well as social media management.
Retail taught me the importance of customer relationships and how to manage a team.
Getting a certification reminded me that I enjoyed learning new things and that there is always something new to learn.
Every odd job I attempted taught me odd (but highly marketable) skills like web design, setting up an online shop, managing multiple social accounts, setting up email marketing systems and more.
(hint: these are all skills you can use as a virtual assistant!)
...a job where you can work from home, build your own [profitable] business and find a community that motivates, inspires and uplifts you every step of the way.

THE VA WONDERLAND is a membership community designed with military spouses in mind.
(but anyone and everyone is welcome!)
As an Army brat turned Marine wife, I get it.
I understand first-hand the frustration of feeling like your only options are to join an MLM, settle for a minimum wage job or to just wait until the milspouse life is a thing of the past -- which if your partner is a career service member is at least 20 years!
I watched my mom -- a milspouse of 20+ years -- put her career goals on hold. And for nearly a decade, I watched myself go down the same path.
Then I decided I didn't want to put my life on hold anymore.
Military spouses are some of the most highly educated, underemployed groups out there. We have so many resources for higher education and so few for helping us find quality jobs.
That's why THE VA WONDERLAND exists. To inspire and motivate milspouses to build a lasting career that doesn't have to crumble the second orders come in. And while this membership may benefit anyone wanting to work from home, it's designed specifically with milspouses in mind.
Other courses are going to cost you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars upfront. They're also mostly outdated content that doesn't get refreshed often (if ever). I'm building a budget-friendly community that will deliver new courses every month so things stay fresh and up-to-date.

I want you to be 1000% confident when you decide to go down the rabbit hole and into THE VA WONDERLAND.
I truly believe that working as a virtual assistant has the potential to profoundly change your life as a military spouse. I’m not just saying that, either -- I’ve gotten front row seats to the process when I trained a friend and fellow military spouse to work as a virtual assistant. I’ve watched her grow her from just working out of her personal email account to a full fledged business: logo, creative copy, social media strategy planning and multiple clients.
I am confident that if you do the work, you’ll be able to build something truly magical.
To prove my point, your first course is FREE.
If you’re on the fence or not sure this is for you, I want to give you the opportunity to wander through THE VA WONDERLAND and experience for yourself how amazing working as a virtual assistant can be.
That’s why I’m giving you access to our Discord server and letting you access the first course completely free of charge. Go through it, work through the lesson, keep the templates and see if working as a virtual assistant is for you. If you enjoy it, wonderful! Stay and continue to learn new skills every month. If not, no hard feelings. I’m always here if you change your mind.
The first course launches Jan. 13, 2021. For more details click here.
Hello! I'm Alice!
(every wonderland needs an Alice, right?)
Working as a virtual assistant has opened up so many possibilities and opportunities for me, my family and my professional career.
I’ve experienced first hand the frustrations military spouses face when trying to build a career while also juggling kids, feelings of isolation, moving every few years, and, of course, the always unpredictable military lifestyle.
From selling handmade crafts to online certifications to MLMs and dead end retail jobs, I’ve been there.
I’ve wanted to give up so many times, but I always came back to my degree and skills in marketing and public relations to help other small businesses.
Then it hit me. Being a virtual assistant is the perfect job for a milspouse!
If you join THE VA WONDERLAND and put in the work, this opportunity is magical in the most life-changing way. I promise.
Lots of love and magic,
Not sure if
THE VA WONDERLAND
is for you?
Full transparency. Just because I’m telling you that working as a virtual assistant is a perfect job for milspouses, doesn’t make it true for every single spouse. Being a virtual assistant is not for everyone and building a business is hardwork. I’d rather give you all the facts up front so you don’t waste your time or your money. So is this for you?
This is for you if:
You’re a military spouse who needs the ultimate in job flexibility and you don’t want to fall for another MLM trap or settle for a low paying retail job.
You are tired of putting your professional goals on hold and you’re ready to put in the commitment, focus and time it takes to build something that will last.
You’re a wildflower who believes in as many as six impossible things before breakfast and you’re ready to jump headfirst down the rabbit hole -- no shrinking violets here!
You’re a creative who wants to break into the online business/work-from-home world, but you have no idea where to start or how.
You’re a baby business ready to learn some new skills so that you can grow to the point that you’re ready to hire your own virtual assistant.
Note: This is not for spouses who want another place to sell their MLM products. Nope, sorry. Not happening here.
If you've made it this far...
